Site clearing, soil testing (geo-technical investigation), foundation design finalisation, and the ceremonial foundation laying. All 11 tower positions will have piling work initiated simultaneously.
The main structural construction phase. Earthquake-resistant RCC frame rises slab by slab across all 11 towers to their full G+35 height. NBCC quality teams conduct third-party cube tests at every pour.
Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) rough-in work, AQI purification tower installation, elevator shaft fitouts, soft water treatment plant, and exterior facade and cladding application.
Premium interior finishing — Italian marble lobbies, vitrified tile flooring, modular kitchens, Kohler-grade bathroom fittings — combined with 9-acre landscaping including theme gardens, Sport Academy, and Art Academy.
