Construction Questions

When will construction begin?
Construction by NBCC will begin after RERA registration with UP RERA is completed. This ensures full legal compliance and buyer protection from day one. The RERA application has already been filed. Subscribe to get notified the moment construction commences.
How can I verify NBCC is actually the constructor?
NBCC's appointment is through a Supreme Court of India order — the highest legal document in the country. You can verify NBCC's involvement via the Supreme Court judgment available on the Supreme Court of India's official website. Post-RERA registration, the builder details will also be publicly visible on UP RERA's official portal.
How often will construction photos be updated?
Once construction begins, we plan to update site photographs on a monthly basis, with more frequent updates at major milestones (foundation pour, each 5-floor slab completion, etc.). Subscribers will receive direct notifications for each update.
What happens if construction is delayed?
RERA provides buyers with strong protection against delays. Under RERA, if possession is delayed beyond the registered date, the developer must pay interest at SBI's marginal cost of lending rate (MCLR) on the amount paid. Additionally, since NBCC operates under Supreme Court monitoring, any significant delays are subject to court scrutiny.
What is the estimated possession timeline?
